Domestic incident between Richmond Heights couple includes allegations of strangulation and stolen vehicle

April 14, a woman reported that her boyfriend had slammed her to the ground and choked her after she went through his phone and found evidence that he had cheated on her. The man had left her Dundee Drive home, but she later reported that he returned and crawled in through an unlocked window and retrieved some personal property.
