Dolly Parton’s nephew and former head of security, Bryan Seaver, allegedly went on an expletive-filled rant in an email chain titled “Fwd: Letter from Dolly” just days before the singer’s death. According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the heavily redacted email chain was forwarded among members of the country music icon’s team before Seaver fired off a profanity-laced response. “Hi Billy. Message received. If you think my harsh language is too much for you or your failing vendors to digest, just wait until my lawyers start f–king you up the ass,” Seaver allegedly wrote in an email, which was sent on August 21 — four days before Parton’s passing. Seaver allegedly included several other lewd phrases in the email. “Let’s play ball you f–king s–tbag loser,” the email stated. “Why is your side of this project continually f–ked up and behind the curve?” He allegedly added elsewhere, “Please by all means with sugar on top, let’s do legal violence you f–king worthless skinny fat nerd.” “If you think my harsh language is too much for you or your failing vendors to digest, just wait until my lawyers start f–king you up the ass,” Seaver (above) allegedly wrote. bryan seaver/ instagram Seaver (seen here in August) also allegedly called an employee a “f–king s–tbag loser.” Dolly Parton/Instagram Seaver allegedly concluded the email by writing, “Go f–k yourself you f–k.” Page Six is unable to confirm if Seaver was responding directly to a letter sent from the “9 to 5” artist, as the email has been heavily redacted. The conversation appears to be a dispute over the security at Parton’s Nashville properties. In another email to “Bill,” Seaver allegedly wrote, “Your contract security company (Titan) you’ve hired in spite of me and Dolly’s request for service at the hotel has completely f–ked up and let an employee be assaulted.” Ironically, Page Six exclusively reported last week that Seaver was accused of intimidating and harassing staffers at Parton’s Nashville hotel and museum. Per the lawsuit, Seaver allegedly targeted employees of Parton’s Dollywood business partner, She’s Alive, LLC, the entity managing the songwriter’s professional property and business interests, at Parton’s SongTeller Hotel and Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in downtown Nashville. WireImage The lawsuit also accused Seaver of allegedly texting Nozell about “interfering with the operations of Dollywood” just six days before Parton’s death. This emerged after Nozell fired Seaver as the head of security and filed a restraining order against him. Nozell, who managed Parton for more than 20 years, expressed fears over Seaver’s alleged threatening text messages, which allegedly prompted employees of his management company to stop going into the office. Seaver is accused of “invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence” to demand money. He is also accused of sending allegedly threatening text messages, including a note like, “I’m going to go to Billboard Magazine with my s–t. Just like you. I’m going to ratf–k every [Dollywood business partner] entity I can possibly conjure.” The singer (seen here in 2025) passed away on August 25. The management team described Seaver’s actions as a “direct threat to sabotage a core business relationship and to use public exposure as a weapon against SAL and its partners.” Last week, Seaver asked the judge to delay the restraining order hearing so he could have more time to retain counsel. However, in Tuesday’s filing, She’s Alive, LLC asked the judge not to give Seaver more time and instead to turn the temporary restraining order against him and his security company into a longer-lasting temporary injunction. Seaver previously called his firing “unexpected” and “unexplained.” “Nothing in this lawsuit were threats and most of the comments I stand by,” he previously told TMZ.
