Doctor, 68, and wife, 62, die in horror plane crash as pilot rushed to hospital in Brazil

A PIONEERING doctor and his wife have been killed in a horror plane crash. The couple were flying shortly after the doctor had attended his dad’s funeral. They said the plane appeared to take off normally before suddenly dropping out of the sky. A large crack was heard, police said. Emergency services rushed to the scene of the crash. Roseli was found dead – but Doctor Ederson was pulled alive from the wreckage. He was treated by paramedics but they were unable save him and he died at the scene. Their pilot survived the crash and was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. Most read in The Sun He was identified as Hamilton Lopes da Conceição by police. He remains in Palmas General Hospital, where his condition was described as unstable by cops. The couple owned the São Lucas Hospital and lived together in Redenção.
