AdHoc Studio has announced that Dispatch is finally getting a physical edition (as well as a Vinyl release) later this year, with pre-orders for the standard deluxe and steelbook deluxe live now. If you want a reminder that time isn’t real, one of 2025’s best and most surprising games, Dispatch, is fast approaching the one-year anniversary of its first episode. That’s right, we’ve all been obsessing over Waterboy, Malevola, and, let’s be real, pretty much every Dispatch character for nearly a whole year. Even though we’re still two months away from that year anniversary, AdHoc Studio is kicking off the celebration a little early with a special announcement. While it’s not for the Endless Mode that everyone has been asking for, collectors like me will surely be happy to hear that Dispatch will soon have a proper physical release. Earlier today, AdHoc Studio announced that Dispatch is finally going to be getting a physical release in the form of two editions. The first is the Dispatch Deluxe Edition for $49.99, which comes with the full game, a digital Art of Dispatch book, four digital comics, a download code for the soundtrack, a double-sided Mecha Man poster, and a 16-page SDN’s Guide to Dispatching booklet. The other physical edition of Dispatch is the Steelbook Deluxe Edition for $59.99, and it comes with all the same bonus goodies as the Deluxe Edition, but with a fancy steelbook case “worthy of Mecha Man himself” that features Mecha Man and Shroud on each side. AdHoc is also teaming up with Lost in Cult Records for a Vinyl release of Dispatch’s soundtrack, which comes in two editions - Prime and Astral. Dispatch’s physical editions will be available at “all participating retailers”, so it sounds like it’ll be pretty readily available. Image provided by Lost in Cult. While no solid release date was given for the physical versions of Dispatch, AdHoc is aiming for Q4 2026 for both, with the caveat that manufacturing could slightly delay the steelbook version. Either way, it’s nice to see Dispatch continuing to be supported and celebrated a year later, hopefully in preparation for Robbie’s return in the future.
