Diane Keaton’s Last Home Project to List for $10.3 Million

The late actor, who had a passion flipping houses, initially purchased the property for $6.6 million in 2021. After renovations, the Something’s Gotta Give star offloaded the dwelling just a year later for $7.9 million.The 1976 build sits on a secluded beachfront lot. The sellers, reportedly a couple based in Arizona who own an airplane parts company, have retained much of Keaton’s original vision for the home’s decor. The 2,700-square-foot SoCal dwelling features the Annie Hall actor’s signature black-and-white color scheme throughout. The exterior sports white shaker siding and a flat roof adorned with black-shingle extensions. The star’s trademark black-and-white palette continues inside with exposed black brick walls and white wood-paneled cathedral ceilings.The 109-piece line makes ample use of the beloved actor’s signature palette and quirky-chic tasteThe open concept plan centers around a living area with a brick fireplace. Glass doors lead to one of the home’s oceanfront decks. The gray-and-white kitchen is complete with a formal dining area and a marble island.The house’s lower level includes an additional living space and a bar. Upstairs, the primary suite offers access to a deck with Pacific Ocean views, a fireplace, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, standalone tub, and walk-in shower. A wooden staircase at the back of the house leads directly out to the beach. A sliding door provides seamless access to an additional outdoor space with a grill and bar.The Laguna Beach residence is one of many properties touched by Keaton to hit the market in recent months.
