The headline act is a round of Twitch Drops, with items awarded based on time watching participating channels that stream the game. The full list of items available as part of that initiative is as follows: 2 hours watch time: Serrated Skean (dagger). 4 hours watch time: Corroded Cleaver (axe). 6 hours watch time: Tintinnabulation (mace). You can also pick up the exclusive Diablo Twitch badge by subscribing or gifting to a Diablo content creator. There are some additional time-limited items on over via the Blizzard store, though you will have to part with your hard-earned money to secure them. Specifically, the Diablo IV BlizzCon Bundle ($29.99 USD) is available, and includes the Streamsnout pet, Indigo cat mount, and Escapeproof mount armor.
