Dezeen Awards 2026 interiors shortlist revealed

Dezeen has announced the interiors shortlist for this year's Dezeen Awards, which includes projects by Isern Serra, Snøhetta and YSG. The 112 shortlisted projects, which are in the running for awards in 14 different interiors project categories, are by studios located across 26 different countries, including Brazil, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Spain and the United States. Shortlisted projects include an over-century-old dockside warehouse conversion in Scotland, an apartment defined by chamfered surfaces, warm hues and reinstated art deco features in Australia and an old sailor's home that pays homage to its heritage in Spain. The shortlist also features a nightclub with a "layered and atmospheric" interior in the UK, a villa with rocks dramatically suspended over its staircases in Greece and a storehouse-turned-futuristic hair salon, also in the UK. Dezeen Awards 2026 shortlists revealed this week Dezeen Awards 2026, in partnership with Trimble, will reveal all shortlisted projects this week. The architecture shortlist was revealed yesterday and the design shortlist will be announced tomorrow. The shortlisted projects were scored by our interiors jury, which includes designers Jaime Hayon, Tekla Evelina Severin, Julien Sebban, Smita Thomas, Benni Allan and Wendy Saunders. "This year's interiors are a brilliant showcase, turning ambitious ideas into spaces people actually want to experience," Christopher Cronin, vice president of architecture and design at Trimble SketchUp, said of this year's shortlist. The winner of each project category will be announced live at the Dezeen Awards 2026 party on 16 November at the Royal Opera House in London.
