Achane went down after being tackled awkwardly on Miami’s first possession. He was shown on the sideline in the third quarter without his helmet and shoulder pads before the Dolphins made their official announcement. The Dolphins have been giving the Chiefs all they can handle, cutting into Kansas City’s halftime lead with a 37-yard field goal on their first drive of the third quarter.
