An investigation was launched in 2025 after it was discovered that the depraved couple’s 11-year-old had delivered a full-term infant inside their faeces-infested Muskogee County home without any prenatal or medical assistance. In a sickening discovery, it was confirmed that DNA testing established a 99 percent certainty that Dustin Walker was the infant’s father. Assistant District Attorney Janet Hutson said: “I was horror-stricken to find out it’s an 11-year-old little girl who’s given birth. “And that she had no medical care, and she had no one to be with her.” Hutson said it was the one of the most, if not the most, serious child sexual abuse and neglect cases she had ever prosecuted. Most read in The Sun She said that the child now faces long-term psychological effects. She said: “This child is traumatised.” Hutson highlighted that the girl had been kept out of traditional schooling, which prevented others from detecting the pregnancy. At court, she pushed back at statements from family members who claimed they were unaware of the pregnancy, describing the 11-year-old as normally “rather petite,” and so it would be impossible not to notice. At the step-father’s sentencing, the prosecutor said: “It’s very emotional to realise that a child at the age of 10 and 11 was having sex with their stepfather, that she became pregnant and no one took her to the doctor and she gave birth at home. “When you complicate that with the severe, deplorable, uninhabitable conditions of that home, to know that’s where she gave birth, where those children lived, without even the ability to get a drink of water in the middle of the night.” The 11-year-old lived in deplorable conditions with five other children, aged two, four, six, seven and nine. The victims were found to be in a home with dog faeces and had no clothing on, according to court documents obtained by NBC News. It is understood there was no running water or air conditioning at the property. All six children were removed from the household and it is understood they are now in state care. The victim’s grandmother, Michelle Justus, is also charged with child neglect, and will go on trial later this month. She claimed that she and the Walkers didn’t know the child was pregnant.
