A recent review meeting chaired by Singh this afternoon focused on the city's preparedness to handle the rise in seasonal influenza cases, along with other seasonal health concerns. Despite the increase in infections, Singh said there was no need for panic and that the situation remained under control. Authorities are monitoring the situation and strengthening hospital preparedness to ensure patients receive timely treatment.The Delhi Medical Association has also advised residents to maintain respiratory hygiene, avoid crowded places and seek medical advice promptly if they develop flu-like symptoms.The surge in H1N1 cases has been reported alongside a broader increase in influenza infections in Delhi this season.
