Thunderstorms, lightning and winds of 20-30 kmph, gusting up to 40 kmph, are also likely.The weather office has forecast another spell of rainfall between the evening and night. The maximum temperature is expected to remain between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is likely to be between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius, both below normal for this time of the year.Meanwhile, Delhi International Airport said flight operations were currently normal despite the weather conditions.
