DB Caleb Downs, WR George Pickens, DL Quinnen Williams limited Wednesday

Cowboys defensive back Caleb Downs (ankle) and wide receiver George Pickens (shoulder/hamstring) were limited participants in Wednesday’s practice.Pickens played only 41 of 68 offensive snaps on Monday night, while Downs was in on 56 of 66 defensive snaps.Defensive tackle Quinnen Williams (hamstring) was also limited. He played 38 snaps against the Eagles.Offensive tackle Drew Shelton (hamstring) was the team’s other limited player at Wednesday’s practice.Wide receiver KaVontae Turpin (ribs) and linebacker Dee Winters (calf) remained out of practice.Outside linebacker Marist Liufau (forearm) and safety P.J. Locke (foot) both appear ready to return. They are in their 21-day return-to-practice windows.
