Danniella Westbrook says she's 'got nothing left' and is 'exhausted' as she reveals parts of her ribs will be put in her face in seventh upcoming surgery

Danniella Westbrook admitted she has 'nothing left' and is 'exhausted' as she revealed her upcoming surgery will see doctors take part of her ribs and reconstruct them in her face. The former EastEnders actress, 52, is on an 18-month journey to repair her face after struggling with a collapsed septum following years of drug abuse.And in her latest interview on Vanessa Feltz's new YouTube show At Home With Vanessa, the star opened up about the physical and mental toll of the operations. Explaining she has already had six, but will need four more, she confessed: 'I'm at that stage now where I come around from surgery with the last two and I've been like no more.''I'm feeling okay,' said Danniella: 'I just got a phone call today actually for my next surgery date in October.'So that's when they redo, make this bit [points to her nose] skinny and pull it up and they put the ribs in the side and stuff and everything to support it [her nose].' B****y hell. How many ops so far?' 'I've had I think, six,' Danniella replied as she said she has at least another four to go. She explained: 'I trust my surgeon implicitly. I really do trust him. But I do feel like I'm 52. I put my body through enough and then putting your body through anesthetic and it's not short surgery. It's like five or six hours each time. 'And the recovery from that. I'm really feeling the recovery if I'm honest. I just feel absolutely exhausted. 'I feel like I've got nothing left. When I come around, I'm like, "Please just let me sleep." I've got nothing left.'I'm at that stage now where I've come around from surgery with the last two and I've been like no more. This is just going to have to be how I look. I don't want to do it anymore. 'But I'm still carrying on because I have to because it's respiratory I have to be able to breathe properly.''So as I talk to you right now in real time, what's happening? What you feeling?' asked Vanessa. She told Vanessa Feltz: 'I'm really feeling the recovery if I'm honest. I just feel absolutely exhausted. 'I feel like I've got nothing left' She added: 'I'm at that stage now where I've come around from surgery with the last two and I've been like no more. This is just going to have to be how I look. I don't want to do it anymore'The former EastEnders actress, 52, is on an 18-month journey to repair her face after struggling with a collapsed septum following years of drug abuse (pictured in 2009) Danniella added: 'I've got all stitches in here and in my lips actually I can see under that nose there but I feel okay.'Earlier this year in March, Danniella jetted to Dubai to have a full face, neck and brow lift, as well as a lip and nose reconstruction.While she has proudly been showing the results of her new look, the actress confirmed in her recent interview that she will have yet another surgery soon to have a metal cheekbone implanted in her face.She said: 'I've been for umpteen surgeries, I'm coming up to surgery number six at the moment, so it's quite scary.'Since I got older the osteoporosis has set in on my bones. So on this side of my face, I don't have any bone at all.'So they've got to rebuild all my bones. At the moment it's filler, but they've really got to do a metal bone. It's got to be put in there.'So I've got to do at some point a metal cheekbone here and connect it to further up in here where the bone isn't corroding.'Danniella underwent facial reconstruction at the Gargash Hospital in the UAE.She said at the time: 'I have three more nose operations to go. So we’re over half way there now. Facelift has really changed me and given me my confidence back.'The surgery was a huge milestone for Danniella, who has struggled with a collapsed septum following years of drug abuse.Danniella used surgeon Dr Parviz Sadigh, who has carried out operations on her in the past and has now undertaken the latest bid to rebuild her face.The TV personality found fame at the age of 16 in EastEnders but due to her cocaine use producers were forced to terminate her contract and she was written out of the soap in 1996.
