“Dancing With the Stars” may have had too many voters than it could handle. After the second dance of the Sept. 15 Season 35 premiere, hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro revealed that online voting is down and audiences could only vote via text. Then, following the third number, the hosts revealed that all online votes that did go through would be thrown out and only texted votes would count for the first night. And just to complicate things a bit more, there are two different Connor/ers in this competition — so to vote for Conner Leavitt or Connor Wood, viewers need to text Conner L or Connor W. This week’s premiere is split into two nights, with Tuesday night for the male celebrities — and one going home at the end of the episode — and Wednesday for the female celebrities and one of them being eliminated.
