Cyberleek threatens to release entire GTA 6 game online for free

The leaker has already shared new gameplay of a fully nude Lucia (Rockstar Games) Unless Rockstar apologises and releases GTA 6 on a disc, Cyberleek vows to leak a playable build of the game ahead of its November launch. Following the surprise return of Cyberleek, the infamous GTA 6 leaker, they wasted no time sharing more unseen gameplay footage, including a demonstration of in-game nudity, and a promise of further videos. Their actions already guarantee serious legal ramifications if Rockstar ever identifies them, but now Cyberleek has drastically escalated things by threatening to leak the entire game. We don’t mean a full playthrough video either, but a playable build they claim contains the entire story. And there’s no reason to think they won’t do it either. ‘Here’s the deal, nice and clean. Cyberleek hits 30 million marketcap, the build goes out — full story mode, played to the end, credits and all,’ reads a message on Cyberleek’s website. All the previous gameplay leaks they’ve shared have proved that Cyberleek has managed to obtain an early copy of the game, although they’ve shown relatively little of the story campaign so far. In fact, almost everything they’ve shown has been weirdly trivial, despite the fact that they do clearly have the game, or at least some version of it. Want GTA 6 news? Cyberleek has said they’ll offer proof if asked, but you’d think if they really wanted to stick it to Rockstar, they would have leaked GTA 6’s ending already. Or at least the opening few hours, rather than the very random and scattershot pieces of gameplay that have appeared so far. Even so, having the full game leak online and be playable would be the worst case scenario for Rockstar and parent company Take-Two Interactive, which is why Cyberleek has added they won’t do it so long as the companies release a physical version of GTA 6. ‘Take-Two gets one way out: physical discs and a public apology. They can take it at any moment. Or they can gamble that CL is bluffing. Everyone knows which one they’ll pick.’ As a reminder, GTA 6 is only launching digitally, which hasn’t hurt pre-order sales in the slightest but has earned Rockstar some animosity from physical game enthusiasts. Cyberleek has claimed in the past that these GTA 6 leaks are meant to protest against the lack of a physical version, although they’ve been making plenty of money out of the whole situation, even if they’ve said that’s only to cover ‘operational costs.’ It’s incredibly unlikely that Rockstar and Take-Two will acquiesce to Cyberleek’s demands but if a pirated version of the game does appear online that will be very damaging. Even if most people still buy the official version anyway, in order to play the online mode due next year. In the meantime, another gameplay leak has already been shared; one focused on a naked Lucia. Unlike Cyberleek, we don’t want to play chicken with Rockstar’s lawyers, so we will not be sharing the footage. Much like the naked Jason video, non-playable characters don’t react at all to seeing Lucia walking around in the nude, which suggests that Cyberleek has used the debug mode to make her naked – rather than it being a standard in-game option. The footage also shows some hand-to-hand combat, with Lucia demonstrating wrestling moves, as well as a parachuting minigame where Lucia must glide through a series of checkpoints. Although she fails and slams into the side of a building, resulting in her falling to her death.
