Here’s how to lock yours in before it’s gone: How to get the £100 supermarket voucher The deal is open to new Santander customers who choose one of three accounts: Santander Everyday Santander Edge Santander Edge Up Opening an account alone won’t unlock the voucher. You must also make at least four or more grocery transactions totalling at least £200 each month in: September October November Most read in Money Eligible retailers include Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Co-op, Iceland, M&S and Waitrose. You won’t qualify for the voucher if you’ve had one (or a switch bonus) from Santander in the last year. You also can’t currently have any Santander product. Which Santander account can I open? The Santander Everyday account has no monthly fee. The Edge account costs £3 a month, while Edge Up costs £5 a month. The paid-for accounts offer extra perks, including cashback, but come with additional eligibility requirements. Check the fees and terms carefully before applying, especially if you’re signing up mainly for the voucher. When will I get the £100 voucher? After completing the three months of qualifying spending, you’ll get an email by December 14 where you can claim the voucher – which you must then do within 30 days. It can be used at a selection of major supermarkets.
