Cuba marks rebellion anniversary

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel criticized U.S. sanctions and the oil embargo, blaming them for worsening the country’s economic crisis while highlighting recent economic reforms aimed at increasing investment and productivity. The event also celebrated achievements in agriculture, renewable energy and healthcare, with participants expressing support for the government and its response to ongoing economic challenges. Traditional music and dance performances concluded the annual national commemoration.
