(“CPE“), has issued US$8.2 million principal amount of Series X fixed-rate secured notes (“Series X Notes“) and US$46.8 million principal amount of Series XI fixed-rate unsecured notes (“Series XI Notes“), for total proceeds of US$55 million (the “Offering“). The Series XI Notes will be repaid in five equal semi-annual installments commencing on December 3, 2026, with the final installment due on March 3, 2029.
