The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has allotted 7.97 acres of land at Thulluru village to St. Mary’s Educational Society, registered in 1981, for establishing Sancta Maria International School in Amaravati.The land has been allotted on a freehold basis under the Amaravati Land Allotment Rules and Regulations, 2017, with each acre priced at ₹50 lakh. The total land cost works out to be ₹3.99 crore.The project has been categorised under the Social Development objective and is expected to strengthen Amaravati’s educational ecosystem by providing quality education and international learning opportunities for students there.The APCRDA says the proposed international school will add high-quality social infrastructure and enhance Amaravati’s attractiveness as an education destination, supporting its development as a world-class capital region.APCRDA Authorised Signatory Jubin Cheeran Roy has handed over the relevant documents to Kallam Rama Mohan Reddy, authorised representative of St. Mary’s Educational Society.
