Countryfile presenter welcomes first child with partner and announces sweet name alongside hospital snaps

A COUNTRYFILE presenter has welcomed her first child with her partner and revealed the tot’s adorable name. The BBC star, 30, who has also carved out a successful career as a Paralympic athlete, revealed the pair’s “gorgeous little girl” in a sweet Instagram upload. In her caption, she revealed the little girl’s name and wrote: “Hey there Delilah… “Callum and I welcomed our gorgeous little girl into the world on the 7th July. Welcome to the world Delilah”. A fan then put: “Even better than a world record and Olympic Gold. Much happiness to the three of you”. Another added: “Such wonderful news. In another social media clip, Sammi was seen holding a scan photo and a pair of tiny lemon-coloured knitted baby booties. In the caption, Sammi penned: “Half of me and half of you! We can’t wait to meet you in July.” Sammi represented Team GB at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris – a year after she made her Countryfile debut.
