A FORMER Coronation Street villain has unveiled a huge new career change worlds away from the cobbles. He told Manchester Evening News: “My brother has an office in Bramhall and he realised some time ago that whilst it’s a brilliant area with a community feel, there’s no Mexican or quick and easy options except for the likes of Greggs, Subway or a supermarket meal deal. “So we saw there was a gap in the market and we just wanted to fill it with something that’s quite fresh, fast, and just focused on high-quality food – it started with that vision. “We’ve just tried to build this really strong team of local staff and just really be community-driven.” Most read in TV In 2022, Maximus won the British Soap Award for Villain of the Year for portraying Corey.
