The former Coronation Street and Hollyoaks star, 48, cemented his status as both actor and singer when he released I Breathe Again in 1999, as he belted out the song on stage at the annual event much to the joy of admirers. He famously stripped off for the I Breathe Again video. Adam soared to fame playing Nick Tilsley on Coronation Street from 1997 to 1999, and again from 2002 to 2004, before joining New Zealand soap Shortland Street from 2007 to 2010 and later starring as Kyle Kelly in Hollyoaks from 2017 to 2020. Taking to the stage at Pride, Adam stripped off to display his rippling abs and inked-up torso complete with a snake lining his hip. Adam swapped life on screens and in the charts to run a pub in Knutsford, Cheshire, however still makes occasional appearances in the spotlight.Adam hit headlines earlier this year when he was granted a restraining order against an obsessed stalker who told him he 'fantasised' about raping a child.He had barred Ron Kleihues from his pub and called police over the threat, but was hounded with letters and messages during a year-long terror campaign.In one letter, Kleihues, 52, wrote: 'If you persist in preventing me from entering your establishment, I will dismantle all that you stand for.'Another incident saw Adam forced to put Kleihues in a headlock when he arrived at the bar uninvited and menaced staff - one of whom he became fixated with, 'declaring his love' for her.The star also made safety arrangements for himself and his wife, former Good Morning Britain presenter Katy, after fearing Kleihues would ambush and stab them in the street. It was going through my head every day and I felt incredibly guilty that a child was at risk.
