Cornyn says GOP ‘forgot how to win’ under Trump

In a recent op-ed, outgoing Texas Senator John Cornyn critiqued the GOP's performance in the recent midterm elections, suggesting the party "forgot how to win" under Trump's leadership. Cornyn's analysis comes after significant losses for Republicans nationwide and in Texas. His comments highlight an internal struggle within the party as it seeks to understand its recent setbacks and consider future strategies for electoral success. This introspection is crucial as the GOP looks to regroup and redefine its approach to upcoming elections.
