They are Cavalli Harriott, a 22-year-old from Hackney, and Jayqwan Stevens-Burke, a 23-year-old who frequents both Hackney and Grays, Essex. Police said the victim’s family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers. Detective Chief Inspector Dave Whellams, who is leading the investigation, said: “We continue to carry out extensive enquiries to build up a picture of the events of that afternoon. “We are now appealing to the public to help us progress our investigation and would urge anyone who knows the whereabouts of Cavalli Harriott and/or Jayqwan Stevens-Burke to contact police. “Anyone with information should call or 101 with reference 4139/13Jul. Alternatively contact independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
