A relief wave is on the horizon, however, as meteorologists forecast a steady drop in temperatures through Thursday. Hourly and regional outlook for Sunday Early morning and evening: Mild to warm conditions with noticeable humidity, complemented by occasional wind gusts that offer periodic relief. Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt: The daytime peak is expected to be 32C to 34C, with high humidity keeping real-feel temperatures hovering around 32C.
