Column: Lazar clear choice to buck ICE threat

For months, many of us in the O‘ahu Rapid Response Coalition have observed and testified at the Honolulu Police Commission meetings. We didn’t show up because we love politics; we showed up because we love our neighbors. We showed up because the stakes — for our families, our friends and the fabric of our island — are entirely too high.
