Collina Strada’s First Home Collection Brings Its Signature Whimsy to the Living Room

Photo: Ryan PetrusFounder Hillary Taymour partnered with Swedish design house LAYERED on the line, which features four hand-tufted rugs and two modular, low-slung sofas. Rugs were laid out on the grass in lieu of picnic blankets for guests to lounge while nibbling light bites, or otherwise suspended from metal frames like tapestries. Meanwhile, corduroy pillows in Petal Plum—a floral print lifted from the floor of the brand’s New York flagship store—doubled as soft seating for basking in the sun.The same pale pink plaid print that appeared in Collina Strada’s fall 2026 show resurfaced in its Garden Pop rug and Plaid Garden sofa. In some cases they were, like the Petal Plum print that Taymour hand-painted herself.
