We’ve not reached Halloween yet, but many brands are already gearing up for Christmas, including Coca-Cola. The soda giant has just announced that a festive flavour from the US has made its way across the pond. And it’s fair to say fans are extremely excited to give the new limited-edition drink a try. What’s Coca-Cola’s new Christmas flavour? The new flavour is Holiday Creamy Vanilla (Picture: Coca-Cola) Coca-Cola is launching a limited-edition Holiday Creamy Vanilla drink in the UK. The flavour first debuted in America in November 2025, and was the brand’s first new festive flavour in five years. Available in Coca-Cola Original and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar varieties nationwide from today (September 30), the fizzy beverage is said to combine the iconic taste of Coke with a ‘smooth, creamy vanilla twist’. And it’s not just the flavour that’s new; each bottle and can of the holiday drink has been given a makeover for the occasion, with ‘festive’ packaging featuring vanilla colours and a soft serve swirl icon. It’s available in Coca-Cola Original and Coca-Cola Zero (Picture: Coca-Cola) Speaking about the launch, Charlotte Butt, senior brand manager at Coca-Cola Great Britain, said: ‘Coca-Cola and the festive season have always been a special combination, and this year we’re excited to bring fans something new to enjoy. Images of the new flavour have been garnering a lot of attention on social media ahead of the launch, with many saying they ‘can’t wait’ to try it, and those who have already tasted it sharing positive comments. In response to a post by @newfoodsuk on Instagram, @saintmichi said: ‘Uummmm, tried this in America when I was on holiday last year and LOVED it! Can’t wait.’ Similarly, @rycor wrote: ‘Had the US (non-Zero) version last year and loved it. Will be stocking up.’ And for those wondering what the difference between Coca-Cola Vanilla and Holiday Creamy Vanilla is, @autumndaze claims the festive drink is more like ‘cream soda’ than vanilla coke. They added: ‘I had the full sugar version in the US last year and it was decently done.’ Others said it was a ‘need’ and was ‘gonna be good’, but not everyone was keen, with some wishing the brand had brought back the cinnamon flavour instead, or the original vanilla Coke.
