Cleveland awards $253K to 24 small businesses through Steelyard TIF grants
The latest round is the fourth since the city revived the Steelyard Tax Increment Financing grant program last year. The money will support businesses and projects in Old Brooklyn, Slavic Village, Clark-Fulton, Ohio City, Lorain Station and Tremont.
