Claudia Winkleman's stylist is behind FatFace's new-season campaign - and these are the pieces you need to get The Traitors look

Ahead of the BBC’s highly-anticipated autumn series of The Celebrity Traitors, Claudia Winkleman’s revered stylist and mastermind behind her iconic on-screen looks, Sinead McKeefry, has shared her dressing wisdom with FatFace, styling its new season campaign. Cardigan £75, check shirt, £49.50, straight jeans, £59, fatface.com She says this collection has an elevated countryside edge which fits the signature aesthetic she has built for Winkleman.‘I love the mix of patterns, fabrics, textures, colours, tweeds, flannels and knitwear. All the different elements give it such a great depth, quality and it is timeless. I am also impressed by the rich colours; beautiful burnt oranges as well as gorgeous burgundy.’On the topic of colour, McKeefry says there are new neutrals. ‘Mix statement shades with a smudgy deep navy or khaki – these are what I would call neutral colours. They tend to bring down the colour palette. But brights can make you look and feel really healthy. Dopamine dressing is a thing! As you will see in the campaign, I have mixed Herringbone patterns with flecks in knitwear and printed folky patterns. You will be fine as long as they come from the same family of heritage.’ Before splurging, she will question if the print or pattern will be relevant in the years to come, ‘we are looking for fabrics that stand the test of time; cables, tweeds, dogtooth, wax jackets, Donegal knits. They are not necessarily trend led, but they will keep working in your wardrobe.’ Check barn jacket, £135, fatface.com McKeefry’s ultimate insider tip is to layer up. She thinks you can’t have too many, ‘mixing a shirt, with a tank top and then a jumper or a gilet, and then an overcoat or waxed jacket or parka is my idea of heaven. Then you’ll be able to take a layer off, tie it around your waist and you still have all the lovely textures, colours, prints and fabrics together. You are just working the outfit around the autumn changeable weather.’ Vest, £42, check shirt, £49.50, mid skirt, £55, fatface.com Her top tip for making a look feel considered is to use accessories, ‘whether it’s socks, a printed scarf, a hat or jewellery, timeless accessories can be part of your wardrobe forever and you can bring them out time after time.
