The CCTV footage raises questions about the security arrangements made by the Delhi Police despite having prior information about the proposed Parliament march.One of the questions is why adequate arrangements were not made to prevent thousands of protesters from reaching Parliament when Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was already in force in New Delhi.
