CJP announces a nationwide protest tomorrow, rejects PM's fast-track court plan

As the CJP calls for nationwide protests on July 24, Delhi Police has warned of strict legal action, including passport cancellation for those involved in violence. Meanwhile, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's remarks questioning students' claims about paper leaks have triggered a political row, while celebrities including Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Diljit Dosanjh, Kamal Haasan, R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi have backed calls for education reforms and a fair, transparent examination system.
