City Council changes ethics code in response to audits of Mobolade’s vehicle use

Following two audits scrutinizing Mayor Yemi Mobolade's use of his city-provided vehicle, the Colorado Springs City Council has amended its Code of Ethics with a new rule about elected officials' vehicle use, passing the changes 7-1. This move aims to prevent future misuse of city resources and restore public trust.
