An insider previously told People that Crawford and Rande were heavily involved in Presley’s life before he died at a Santa Monica, California, rehab facility from an apparent overdose on Sept. 20. “This was never a situation involving two absent Hollywood parents,” the source said. “They were always there for him and did everything they could to help him.
