Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger List Pacific Palisades Manse for $20 Million

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are trying to part ways with their Los Angeles home yet again. This marks the fifth time in three years that they have attempted to offload their coastal abode. The duo initially listed the home for $32 million back in 2023. This time around, its price tag is a considerably reduced $20 million. In June 2018, around the time he started dating Schwarzenegger, Pratt bought the then-unfinished parcel for $15.6 million. After moving into the dwelling, the Parks and Recreation alum and his now-wife, who is an author and the eldest daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, spent roughly two years entirely transforming the 1995-built home.A sitting area in the home. The six-bedroom, 12-bathroom pad is anchored by a palatial living room with a sleek fireplace. Amenities include a fully equipped gym, a teakwood spa, a full-sized movie theater, and a golf simulator. The backyard boasts a saltwater swimming pool, a hot tub, and a resort-inspired cabana complete with an outdoor kitchen and a basketball half-court. The dwelling is nestled between the water and the Los Padres mountains, giving guests access to sweeping views of Santa Monica Bay and the “Queen’s Necklace” lights across Palos Verdes.Join NowAD PRO members enjoy exclusive benefits. They bought a Brentwood home for $12.5 million in 2023, right across the street from the estate of Shriver; that purchase was met with some backlash after the pair demolished the property’s original house—a 1950s midcentury-modern spot built by architect Craig Ellwood, dubbed the Zimmerman House—to build another custom manse in its place. Plans reportedly include a 15,000-square-foot, two-story home to be built with the help of architect Ken Ungar. Construction is not confirmed to be finished yet. In the meantime, Pratt and Schwarzenegger rented Katy Perry’s Montecito property, which has been the center of a multi-year legal dispute. The property’s backyard.
