CHLOE Sims has revealed she’s going under the knife to get a “deep plane” facelift with a top LA surgeon. The former Towie star, 44, is following in the footsteps of Kris Jenner and Katherine Ryan as she prepares to undergo the major surgical procedure. I’ve met him before, and he is seeing me today about potentially doing a deep-plane facelift. Sign up for the Showbiz newsletter Thank you! “We discussed it before, and I was really excited. I booked it, and I was meant to do it in February, but I wasn’t in town, and I’ve just put it off, obviously, because of the renovations. I’m also just really nervous. “It isn’t about the actual procedure, it’s about one, being put out, and two, the recovery. I just feel nervous about it. She said: “I know myself, and what I’ll do, is I will put this off, panic. Then as it gets closer… I’ll just drive myself mad – panic, panic, panic. I’ll be really nervous. And after I’ve done it, I’m fine. “I do it with everything – long flights, I’ll do everything to get out of the flight. And then I do it, I get on the plane, and I’m like, fine. It’s so weird. Maybe a little bit less. “All I’ve been having done is Botox – you know, when they do like a facelift with Botox, so here [points to the corners of mouth] and here [points to her jawline]. And then I have the salmon sperm – polynucleotides. “I can still feel threads in there, though, because there’s a bunch because I’ve had them for years. “Apparently they dissolve, but they don’t dissolve in me. They’re in there. But as far as filler goes, I don’t think I’ve got any in my face.” Chloe’s fans were left stunned by her latest cosmetic surgery confession. This provides a more dramatic rejuvenation than the traditional facelift, which focuses on lifting and tightening the lower two-thirds of the face. It comes after famous momanger Kris Jenner’s underwent a facelift last year, with many saying it made her “look younger” than her own kids. Although Kris has not confirmed the exact facelift she has had, her rep previously confirmed to Page Six she underwent aesthetic enhancements from New York plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine ahead of her 70th birthday. The reality TV queen then revealed she had a cosmetic procedure to “refresh” previous work she has had done. Speaking to Vogue Arabia at the end of last year, she said: “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.” However, Kris is keeping it to herself the exact work she had done. Many critics have suggested she underwent a deep plane facelift as opposed to a regular SMAS procedure. In an exclusive chat with The U.S. Sun, Dr. Norman Rowe, who did not do Kris’s work but specializes in deep plane facelifts, explained what type of procedure is. “Most people do it under general anesthesia. It’s a little bit too much to do under twilight, a facelift,” he told us. “And again, when we talk about a facelift, a facelift generally includes a neck lift. So we call it fan face and neck lift. “The incision is placed in the hairline, and by the temple, it goes in front of the ear and then behind the ear. So it kind of looks like a J. “The surgery takes somewhere around two and a half to three hours, generally for a face and a neck lift. “Sometimes I’ll put an additional incision in underneath their chin in order to tighten up the muscles of the neck.” Meanwhile, comedian and actress Katherine Ryan revealed she underwent a £25k facelift last year. “I’ve just looked like a gargoyle for the last five years and it has been dissociative,” on Tuesday’s episode of Olivia Attwood: The Price Of Perfection on ITV. “I didn’t do it for me, I did it for the people who buy tickets to watch me on a Saturday night. I don’t really have to look at myself that often but they do from a lower angle.” The comedian is mum to four children, Fred, Fenna and Holland Juliette, with her partner Bobby Koostra, and 17-year-old Violet from a previous relationship. Katherine shopped around for a surgeon and even consulted with Kris Jenner’s famed facelift surgeon in New York City and revealed she was given a price tag of around £129,000. She ended up with another doctor in New York and paid only £25,000 for her facelift. Comment now
