China still shipping fentanyl precursors to Mexican cartels
Chinese exports of the precursor chemicals used to make deadly fentanyl are continuing, despite Beijing's agreement last year to halt the flow and despite President Trump pressing Chinese President Xi Jinping at their recent summit to do more, according to Trump administration officials.
