Chase Sapphire Reserve Turns 10 With Up To $1,050 In Travel Offers—And A Bigger DoorDash Credit

Separately, its monthly DoorDash promo is going from $5 to $15 starting October 1. There’s real money here for existing cardmembers, especially if you’ve already got travel to book. Chase’s anniversary announcement includes five offers to activate, along with a contest awarding 10 million Ultimate Rewards points. These are one-time travel offers, and availability varies by account. Five Travel Offers To Activate Before You Pay You can add offers to eligible cards through Chase Offers. A qualifying $250 purchase would cost $50 after the rebate. But you need to reach $200 in eligible spending, a $199 purchase by itself won’t do it. Note also that first-time JSX flyers can get a $100 voucher by joining through a referral. Where that discount applies, the amount left to charge to Reserve still needs to meet the $200 threshold, but this can amount to $300 off $300 ($300 purchase reduced to $200, covered by the statement credit.) And be aware that the anniversary IHG offer requires a different booking channel from the separate $250 select-hotel credit for 2026 and The Edit credits I’ve covered. Separately, DoorDash Goes From $5 To $15 A Month Chase’s Sapphire Reserve DoorDash benefit improves October 1, 2026, with the $5 monthly food delivery benefit increasing to $15. One $15 promo for an eligible DoorDash order, including restaurant orders. This replaces the current $5 restaurant offer. Two separate $10 promos for eligible grocery, retail and other non-restaurant orders, continuing the existing benefit. Complimentary DashPass, with $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on eligible orders. That’s up to $35 in monthly promos, or $420 over a full year. Add the advertised $120 annual value of DashPass and you get the $540 they promote. It’s $120 a year better than today. And Chase’s anniversary page says the DoorDash benefit is being extended through the end of 2029. Activate DashPass membership here. The $795 Card Already Works For My Spending I’ve explained why the $795 version of Sapphire Reserve works better for me than the old card. The Edit credits cover hotel stays I’d take anyway. The dining credit covers restaurants I already visit, like Clark’s Oyster Bar and Kemuri Tatsu-Ya. And Reserve is even more useful for me for earning points: 4 points per dollar on flights and hotels booked directly, 3 on dining, and 8 through Chase Travel. Losing the old broad 3x travel category hurt some cardmembers who do cruises (and won’t book them through Chase Travel) and Airbnb, but my spending is much more heavily concentrated in airfare and hotels. For the past two years I’ve been hitting $75,000 spend on the card and earning IHG Diamond status, Southwest Airlines A-List status and a $500 credit for travel booked through Chase’s portal, and a $250 Shops at Chase credit. Plus the card gets me access to Sapphire airport lounges. LaGuardia, Philadelphia, and Dallas in particular are excellent and I’m really looking forward to Miami. Create an original video of up to 90 seconds about a trip you’ve taken since 2016 and what you’d like to experience again or on a new trip. Post it publicly on Instagram or TikTok, tag @ChaseSapphire, and include #10RewardingYearsWithSapphireReserve and #Contest. Then submit the separate entry form with the video’s link. The rules prohibit artificial intelligence assistance, including scripts, voiceovers and editing, and assign Chase the rights to your submission. The deadline is November 6, 2026 at 5 p.m. Eastern, with one entry per person. The official rules also provide cash toward taxes: $1,500 with each finalist prize and $15,000 with the additional grand prize. Judges’ scores count for 80% of the final result, with public voting accounting for the remaining 20%.
