Charter Review Commission submits 9 recommendations for charter amendments to Orange council

Orange’s Charter Review Commission members would have liked to have had more time to complete their work this year. As a result, one of the nine recommendations the commission submitted to Village Council in May was to have future commissions meet every six years instead of every eight years, as the current ordinance prescribes.
