Charlotte Church puts 'real Tardis' Welsh cottage on the market featuring interiors 'inspired by singer's travels to Africa and Morocco'

Singer Charlotte Church has put her stunning Welsh semi-detached cottage up for sale at £695,000.The star only bought the period property, which dates back to the mid-1600s, just over two years ago for £10,000 less than the price for which it is now up for sale.That move came after she sold her former six-bedroom mansion, The Spinney, in Dinas Powys, for £2.1m.Now the cottage in South Wales has been listed for sale online, where the advert includes a ‘sellers' insight’ section, talking about how the interior has been inspired by travels to Africa and Morocco.The listing also describes it as a ‘real Tardis’. Ms Church, 40, married to musician Jonathan Powell since 2017, has spoken out in the last few years about no longer having millions to her name while discussing the decision to sell her former mansion.Her home, ‘on a quiet road’, is described as an ‘exceptional four-bedroom residence… believed to be one of the oldest homes in the area’.
