Speaking about her love of pre-loved pieces, she said: 'Vintage and second-hand are a huge part of my style. 'Chris and I love mixing older, iconic pieces with newer things. I think it makes a look feel more personal to me and always takes us to a more unexpected place. For the Music, Fashion, Film tour, Charli and longtime stylist Chris Horan took this approach to Vinted, sourcing an eclectic mix of pre-loved and designer pieces using search terms including distressed, gothic and flounce. Items included an early-2000s Christian Audigier piece reimagined as a dress for Austin City Limits, a sheer grey blouse worn in San Diego and a black Roberto Cavalli dress worn to the Academy Gala after-party and the final show in Las Vegas. Each of the pieces came with a story of its own. The sheer blouse worn in San Diego was listed by a Vinted seller in New York City, who described passing on her clothes as a matter of habit: 'Once I have my moment wearing something, I like to pass it on because ya never know who's gonna wear it next... maybe a pop star.' Which feels like a full circle,' says Charli. Accompanying the partnership is a new glimpse behind the scenes featuring Charli and Chris going through their Vinted finds, experimenting with looks and revisiting some of Charli's most iconic fashion moments. The video will premiere on Charli's social media channels on November 8th, ahead of the wardrobe sale on November 16th.
