CH-UH projects $32 million general-fund balance will turn negative by 2030
Cleveland Heights-University Heights projects its June 30 general-fund balance will fall from $32.2 million in fiscal 2027 to negative $3.7 million in fiscal 2030. Issue 4 would generate an estimated $11.1 million a year if approved.
