Cedar Lake residents in southwestern Canadian County say their lake and private wells are running dry because of upstream dams built by Glenn Coffee, a politically connected former Oklahoma Senate President Pro Tempore, without required permits. A complaint has been pending before the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for more than a year with no resolution.
