One of the latest defensive backs to emerge on Texas Tech’s radar is 2027 cornerback prospect Shahariam Thurston out of Arlington (TX) Lamar High School. Following a strong spring showing, Thurston earned an offer from Texas Tech and cornerbacks coach Darcel McBath, adding another Power Four opportunity to his growing recruitment.
