Caught on CCTV: Masked man drags Faridabad school teacher, stabs her 27 times

A 30-year-old school teacher was killed in Faridabad, and police have booked a man earlier accused of harassing her. Police have registered a case against a man who had previously been accused of harassing the victim and launched an investigation.The victim, identified as Sandhya (30), was attacked in the Sikarona area of Faridabad. According to preliminary information, she suffered 27 stab wounds in the assault.The CCTV footage, which has surfaced online, shows the accused, identified as Amit, entering the school premises with his face covered by a gamchha (traditional cotton towel). He is seen waiting inside the campus for some time before allegedly launching the attack on Sandhya.The footage also raises questions about security arrangements at the school. Despite the man loitering inside the premises, no one is seen questioning his presence, and no security guard is visible in the footage. As the accused repeatedly stabs the teacher, a man is seen coming out and attempting to intervene. However, the attacker allegedly turns towards him with the knife, forcing the man to retreat. Towards the end of the video, several women and other people are seen reaching the spot, but no one immediately comes forward to rescue the injured teacher.Police have registered a case against Amit, who had earlier been accused of harassing Sandhya. Investigators are probing whether the previous allegations are linked to the murder.
