Caught on CCTV: Duo kidnaps 4-year-old sleeping next to parents in Visakhapatnam

The incident has prompted a search operation to trace the child.The girl’s parents, Syed Abdul Hafeez Ghani and Syed Seshamma, are residents of Vijayawada and earn a living by selling incense sticks to shops.FAMILY ARRIVED IN VISAKHAPATNAM 3 DAYS AGOThe family had arrived in Visakhapatnam from Vijayawada three days before the incident. They were sleeping on a footpath near a bus stop opposite the Visakhapatnam railway station along with their four-year-old daughter.The child allegedly went missing in the middle of the night, following which her parents approached the police. CCTV FOOTAGE SHOWS CHILD BEING TAKEN AWAY Police examined CCTV footage from the area and identified two people who took the girl away on a scooter.The two individuals were identified as Pratibha, a resident of S Rayavaram, and Upendra, from Garividi. According to the CCTV footage, the two arrived on a scooter, took the child with them and headed towards Gajuwaka.
