Wilkins has been appointed Advisor to the CAD Digital Board.Wilkins brings more than two decades of experience across central banking, financial regulation and economic policy. She served as Senior Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada from 2014 to 2020, where she shared responsibility for monetary policy and financial system stability and represented the Bank internationally, including as its G7 and G20 Deputy and as a member of the Financial Stability Board.
