Good times my friend, good times.The Finnish contingent, including “Papa Finn”.Obviously, “Turbo” is not superstitious.I’m sure you all can look up more pics yourselves. One good place to start is with the “Keeper of the Cup” on Twitter (X). (It will always be Twitter to me).In other news, Ronan Seeley avoided arbitration and signed with the Canes for one year on a two-way deal. It will guarantee him a minimum of $160K for the year. He was the only Hurricane applying for arbitration.It has been quiet on the Alexander Nikishin front. Adam Gold and Cory Lavalette discuss that a bit here along with the release of Cory’s book. I still remember the good old days when Cory and I used to watch the Draft from my living room and would take turns writing articles about the picks on Canes Country.At least one of us hit the big time!Somehow I missed the beginning of the chatter regarding that Brind’Amour might retire when Jordan Staal does? I find it hard to believe. Perhaps it is a bit of posturing for the coach to get more money out of Mr. Dundon’s hands.I hope everyone is having a great summer!
