Recorder Peter Guest told him: “On two separate occasions from a position of trust you took advantage of these vulnerable women for your own sexual gratification.” Andrew Thompson, prosecuting, said that as part of his duties Miron and accompanied a 26-year-old woman in 2024 on a shopping trip. They had exchanged phone numbers and he had later visited her room where they had sex. He told the court the following day the support leader was alerted that the woman was “overwhelmed and traumatised” and was “struggling to process” events. The court also heard how a 48-year-old woman was left “shaken, very distressed and in floods of tears” as she described an earlier occasion when Miron had entered her room and shown her semi-naked pictures of his ex-girlfriend. Most read in The Sun Mr Thompson said Miron had leant over her while telling her about going to orgies in Norwich and rubbing his erection against her back. Martin Ivory, mitigating, said: “He had not sought out employment in order to target vulnerable victims, that is not why he was there. “Certainly, his behaviour was inappropriate and he understands and accepts that. “He was in a position of trust and he let himself down.” Miron has been placed on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years, barred from working with children and vulnerable adults and made subject of a lifetime Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
