The movie follows a chaotic New York underground party promoter and premiered in the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. In 2024, she made her stage debut in the West End production of Cabaret, calling it 'one of the most intense and rewarding things I’ve ever done'. As for modelling and design partnerships, Cara fronted the Rag & Bone Fall fashion campaign. She also expanded from being a billboard face for Topshop to taking on a creative-equity stake by launching a 16-piece capsule denim collection, serving as an official co-designer.Alongside this, she remains a high-earning commercial face for major beauty houses, recently headlining L’Oréal’s Spring/Summer Paris Fashion Week show. Cara appears to have developed a habit of buying multi-million-pound mansions in Los Angeles. However, she didn't live in the property before selling it a year later for £8.2million.Six months prior to this, she spent £8.1million on actress Jennifer Lawrence's Los Angeles home, which was back on the market for £8.5million, with the US property firm North Hillcrest reporting she did not move in.Her new £8.5million five-bedroom home in the Santa Monica mountains – with a pool and terraced gardens – was bought from a female businesswoman, who's clearly made a tidy profit, having picked it up for £5million in 2021.Despite her personal journey with sobriety, Cara and her sisters, Chloe and Poppy, co-founded the award-winning vegan Prosecco brand Delle Vite in 2020.It produces Italian wines and has expanded into ready-to-drink canned spritzes, including a non-alcoholic option.Cara has also been concentrating on her sobriety, after checking herself into the 12-step programme shortly after photos emerged of the star looking dishevelled and jittery at Van Nuys airport. While talking to Variety in May 2024, Cara opened up about being sober and stated: 'You're not alone.'She then encouraged, 'If I can do it, anyone can. But you need to communicate and be honest about it as much as you can - especially with yourself.'I think that's what I've always done with anything in this business. Whether it's been being vocal about anxiety, depression, recovery, anything, it's just you owe it to people to talk about your struggles...'Because being in this world is not perfect. No one is perfect. So to be honest, it's the least I can do.'And during an interview with Vogue, Cara got candid about her decision to check into the 12-step programme in 2022.'Before I was always into the quick fix of healing, going to a weeklong retreat or to a course for trauma, say, and that helped for a minute, but it didn't ever really get to the nitty-gritty, the deeper stuff.'The model explained: 'This time I realized that 12-step treatment was the best thing, and it was about not being ashamed of that.'The community made a huge difference. The opposite of addiction is connection, and I really found that in 12-step.'Cara also revealed that she has gotten 'her power back' amid her sobriety while talking to The Times in 2024.'I used to think drugs and alcohol helped me cope…but they didn't, they kept me sad and super depressed. I feel like I've got my power back and I'm not being controlled by other things.'
